Timeframe to Report
Please report any damage or size issues within 24 hours of delivery. Claims received after 24 hours will not be eligible, except by prior arrangement. -
What is eligible
We accept returns only for:
• Items delivered damaged or defective.
• Items that are the wrong size (when the size does not match the order).
Replacements are offered for eligible items. Refunds are available if a replacement is not possible or upon customer request after verification. -
What is NOT eligible
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, changed mind, or normal wear and tear. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for any accepted return. -

Our team will reply with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) within 48 business hours of receiving your claim.

Inspection & approval
After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed (damage/size mismatch), we will proceed with replacement or refund. -

Replacements are processed as quickly as possible and are our preferred solution.

If the same item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a refund.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit — we will confirm the method with you.
