2. Products & Designs

  • All designs are original Faith Store India creations.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen and fabric differences.

  • Size measurements may vary slightly based on fabric stretch or manufacturing.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only after WhatsApp confirmation.

  • We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable or due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time: 4–9 business days depending on location.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen issues.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • Eligible only for:
    ✔ Damaged item
    ✔ Wrong size delivered
    ✔ Wrong product delivered

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Discounts and offers are subject to availability and may end anytime.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, artwork, logos, and content belong to Faith Store India.

  • Copying, printing, reselling, or using them without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is used only for order processing and service communication.

  • We do not sell or misuse personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Faith Store India is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays by courier companies

  • Wrong address entered by the customer

  • Damage after the product has been used
